Copy that file to this directory:

Replace it with the original MSO.dll UPDATED FILE
4. Open any Office 2007 Application. Like Microsoft Word 2007.
Click Activate by Phone.
Pick your Country.
Fill all of the empty boxes with 000000’s (ZERO’s) so it looks
like this 000000-000000-000000-000000-000000-000000
5. Click Activate.
